Courses & Enrollment
How do I enroll in a course?
Visit the Courses page, pick a course, and click "Get Started". You can book a free demo session first to meet your instructor before committing.
Can I access course content after completion?
Yes! Once you complete a course you retain lifetime access to all recordings, labs notes, and resources. Your certificate is also permanently available.
Are there prerequisites for the DevOps or Cloud courses?
Basic Linux and networking familiarity is helpful, but not mandatory. Each course page lists its prerequisites clearly so you can gauge your readiness.
How many students are in each cohort?
Cohorts are capped at 20 students to ensure every learner gets individual attention from the instructor during live sessions.
Billing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. International cards are supported for learners outside Canada.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you've attended fewer than 2 sessions. Reach out to [email protected] to initiate a refund.
Do you offer group or corporate pricing?
Absolutely. We have custom packages for teams of 5 or more. Contact us through the Contact page and we'll put together a tailored quote.
Labs & Technical Issues
Why can't I connect to my lab environment?
Lab sessions time out after 60 minutes of inactivity. If you're stuck, click 'Reset Lab' in the top-right of the lab UI. If the issue persists, use the in-lab chat to reach a TA.
Which browsers are supported for the cloud labs?
Chrome and Edge (Chromium) offer the best experience. Firefox works for most labs. Safari has some WebSocket limitations that may affect the terminal. We recommend Chrome.
My terminal output looks garbled — what should I do?
This is usually a font rendering issue. Try Ctrl+L to clear the terminal, or open Settings → Display and toggle 'Monospace font rendering'.
Account & Access
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot password?'. You'll receive an email within 2 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Can I use TechVerse on mobile?
The course content and videos are fully mobile-responsive. Lab environments work best on a laptop or desktop with a keyboard due to the terminal-heavy nature of exercises.
How do I download my certificate?
Navigate to your Profile → Certificates. Click the certificate you want and choose 'Download PDF' or 'Copy LinkedIn URL'.
